Three complementary disciplines designed to develop confidence, control and performance in open water. Together, they form a complete system to understand and experience water.

OW Swimming
Train to swim confidently in natural environments. Develop technique, endurance and orientation in open water conditions while building a strong and efficient stroke adapted to lakes and long-distance swimming. From first contact to race preparation, the program is designed to progressively develop autonomy and performance.
Freediving
Water teaches something profound. Every immersion is a journey. A journey into silence, breath, and listening. Because true depth is not what is measured in meters. It is what you discover within yourself. Water as a space of presence. Freediving is not just a discipline. It is an encounter between body, breath, and mind.
When you learn to listen to your breath, the water ceases to be a challenge and becomes a space of presence, calm, and mindfulness.
The goal is to help freedivers experience immersion with more safety, fluidity, and pleasure, transforming every descent into an authentic experience.
Inner Management
Inner management, breath flow, and mindfulness focus on developing awareness, control, and balance through conscious breathing. By learning to regulate your breath, you gain access to a deeper state of calm, enhancing both mental clarity and physical performance.
